在探戈音樂裡，「Arrastre」是一種帶有拖曳感的特殊奏法，也是推動節奏前進的核心力量。
Band Leader Winnie Cheung 這次在香港組成特別組合「Orquesta Arrastre Oriental」（東方流星探戈樂團）。團名結合了地域性，也對應探戈中一種像流星劃過的特殊音效。
Winnie 擁有美國印第安納大學鋼琴與作曲雙博士學位，專輯曾登上 Billboard 世界音樂榜前十名。這次她帶著班多鈕手琴，邀請了幾位專業樂手同台：方潔 — 香港管弦樂團（HK Phil）小提琴手。這是她與 Winnie 的第三次合作，兩位同樣在古典與探戈之間切換不同的音樂身分。
樂團更有兩位專程由台灣來港助陣的樂手：邱聖之（大提琴）與王絲涵（鋼琴）；以及兩位香港樂手：BoBo Wong（班多鈕手琴）與 Sean Wong（手風琴）。
Winnie 始終相信探戈是屬於大家的，不論在哪個角落、是什麼背景，都能在音樂中找到共鳴。

Internationally-renowned Winnie Cheung aka Tango with Winnie returns from Buenos Aires to her hometown of Hong Kong to lead Orquesta Arrastre Oriental with Taiwanese and Hong Kong professionals on Valentine's Day at the Fringe Club. Winnie has played well over 1,000 tango events in the USA, Canada, Asia, Argentina, even Antarctica. For 2023, Winnie completed a record 250+ events. Her album with Cuarteto Tanguero, Guapeando, charted Top 10 Billboard World Music in 2018. Her newest album with the duo Ben & Winnie, La Próxima Traición, was released in 2020 with glowing reviews.

方潔於2007年加入香港管弦樂團至今。生於中國成都，她自4歲起習琴。早在中學期間，她已是1998年第中國六屆全國小提琴比賽的獲獎者。2001年考入上海音樂學院，師從著名小提琴教授Burkhard Godhoff，隨後多次獲得上海音樂學院獎學金，更被任命為上海青年交響樂團副首席。她曾參與多個職業交響樂團，如上海交響樂團、上海愛樂樂團及澳門樂團的演出。她於2005年獲得音樂學士學位。
Fang Jie has been with the Hong Kong Philharmonic as a violinist since 2007 when she was appointed by maestro Edo de Waart from many finalists. A native of Chengdu, China, Fang Jie began studying violin at the age of four. She attended middle and high schools affiliated with the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, and was admitted to the prestigious Shanghai Conservatory of Music where she studied with respected violin pedagogue Burkhart Godhoff, who held the Distinguished Professor of Violin chair at the Conservatory. She received numerous scholarships from the Conservatory and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

畢業於台北國立師範大學(NTNU)表演藝術研究所碩士，現為自由作曲家、探戈樂團Ognat Tango樂團Band leader與鋼琴手，於2023年也開始與一群即興藝術家經營法推廣急性戲劇與音樂展演及課程的品牌五維聚所(Motifive)，從西洋音樂起家，但觸角廣至流行、民謠、爵士、探戈，近年更關注於策展沙龍音樂會與即興劇場作品，以音樂總監、策展召集、作曲、即興樂手參與多種領域的演出。
Graduated with a Master of Arts degree from the Graduate Institute of Performing Arts at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), she is currently a composer, band leader and pianist for the tango band Ognat Tango. In 2023, she also started Motifive, a group that promotes theater, music performances and courses with a group of improvisational artists. Starting with Western music, her interests in music extends to pop, folk, jazz and tango. In recent years, Winnie focuses on curating salon concerts and improvisational theater works, participating in performances in various fields as music director, curator, composer and improvisational musician.

擁有十年以上扎實的古典音樂訓練背景，並持續探索音樂跨界的多元可能。無論於專輯錄製、劇場演出、音樂節或現場演奏領域，皆累積豐富經驗，擅長以音樂建立情感連結與敘事能量。固定合作樂團包括 OGNAT 探戈樂團與客語民謠樂團〈好日〉，近期活躍於多項音樂節與巡演活動，展現跨風格的演奏實力。 除了演出外，也熱衷音樂教育，目前除了個人教學外也任教東湖國小 秀朗國小弦樂團。
With over ten years of solid classical music training, she continuously explores the diverse possibilities of crossover music. She has accumulated rich experience in album recording, theater performances, music festivals, and live performances, and excels at using music to build emotional connections and narrative power. Her regular collaborating orchestras include the OGNAT Tango Orchestra and the Hakka folk band "Good Day." Recently, she has been active in numerous music festivals and tours, showcasing her cross-genre performance skills. In addition to performing, she is passionate about music education and currently teaches both her own lessons and the string orchestras of Donghu Elementary School and Xiulang Elementary School.

鋼琴家及班多鈕手琴（Bandoneon）演奏者。出身古典鋼琴，2018 年受阿根廷大師 Diego Lerendegui 及 Nicolás Enrich 啟蒙，從此傾心於探戈藝術。Bobo 現跟隨日本名師早川純鑽研手琴，並作為「香港探戈樂團」成員活躍於各大舞台，包括 Fringe Club 及阿根廷國慶日演奏。
2023 年起與鋼琴家 Winnie Cheung 建立緊密合作關係，曾受邀於香港電台現場演奏，並遠赴台北與 Orquesta Típica Formosa 交流。其演奏融合了古典的嚴謹與探戈富有韌性的人性語言，致力於將這份深邃的情感分享給大眾。今年情人節，她將與六人編制樂團再度攜手，於舞台上擦出全新火花。
Bobo Chiu is a pianist and Bandoneonist whose journey began in classical piano. In 2018, her passion for Tango was ignited during a seminar led by Argentine masters Diego Lerendegui and Nicolás Enrich. Now a member of the Hong Kong Tango Orchestra, Bobo continues her Bandoneon studies under Japanese master Jun Hayakawa.
A frequent performer at prestigious venues like the Fringe Club, she has collaborated extensively with pianist Winnie Cheung since 2023, including a live session on RTHK Radio 3 and an international exchange with Orquesta Típica Formosa in Taipei. Her playing translates the profound human depth of Tango into a captivating musical language, a spirit she brings to her upcoming six-piece ensemble performance this Valentine’s Day.
